Our founder Michael Adonteng recognised the lack of professional Sales reps to support the growth of businesses whilst launching another business in Ghana.

Given his story and background, he was convinced of the quality of talent on the continent. His mission was to build an ecosystem of sales go to market professionals, with the view to changing the Professional Sales space here in the Africa.

He aims to achieve this through a series of intimate B2B sales networking events in Ghana and selected African countries.

Michael founded Sales GTMA as a way of connecting sales professionals who had ambition to accelerate, grow and develop their careers.
